Star Wars:​​Knights of the Old Republic

The heroes are summoned to Nar Shaddaa by the Jedi Order.

Master Jole Bolin meets the heroes when they arrive, and he is not pleased. He explains to Jorik that the Senate guards contacted him recently, and that the Padawan is to help a Senator as penance for inappropriately Mind Tricking T'mas Grant.

They immediately head for the Republic's Embassy Tower.

A protocol droid escorts the heroes to the Senator's penthouse suite.

The politician introduces himself as Senator Grant, both ruler and representative of the planet Thalen. He also explains that he is the father of T'mas, and that he has arranged for Jorik to aid him in a matter of importance in exchange for the Senator's forgiveness.

Senator Grant activates a device, and it shows the heroes his daughter, Princess Calina. He explains that she has acted out in the past, but that he has not heard from her in some time since she disappeared on Nar Shaddaa with her Royal Instructor, Cole Jarvis.

The heroes are given a datapad with information pertaining to Cole Jarvis, including financial records that demonstrate he is a compulsive gambler.

The heroes begin to search casinos frequented by Cole Jarvis, finally gaining a lead at the Weeping Jawa.

The heroes inquire about Cole Jarvis amongst the patrons, and find that he is a regular.

The owner, and reputed loan shark, welcomes the heroes, and, after a small bribe, explains that Cole Jarvis recently placed a sizable bet with his establishment. For a few credits more, Archer convinces the owner to call the Royal Instructor and tell him that he won his bet.

When Cole Jarvis arrives to secure his winnings, he is ambushed by the heroes. He confesses that he sold the Princess to the Sith to cover gambling debts. He also offers to give the heroes the coordinates of the Sith frigate he delivered her to if they will escort him back to his shuttle.

Jorik contacts his Master and gives him the location of the landing platform. Master Bolin sets out to meet the heroes there.
