Jonah Soltan is a man of mystery, a secret agent who openly strikes for the Sith deep in the heart of the Republic, though they both openly deny any involvement with the other. For years he manages to elude capture, his operative training allowing him to blend in at a moment's notice. He is responsible for the bombings of several high profile targets in the Republic, and is not one to shy away from a high body count involving civilians. When Jonah arranges for false documents through Dy'Lan Corsin so that he can gain access to the planet Muunilinst, the heroes are able to track him down as he attempts to extort the mayor of High Port into agreeing to Sith occupation with the threat of carbonite freezing. He is killed in the ensuing battle trying to escape to his shuttle.

Dy'Lan Corsin is the middle man of the underworld's dreams, a ghost that is as charismatic as he is deadly. He is often methodical in his work, prefering to leave as few witnesses as possible, which has earned him a reputation for being an unpredictable murderer. Generally to the point, at least until the business is concluded, he has survived many years on the Galaxy's Most Wanted list by having the innate ability to know what people want. The heroes track him down on Nar Shaddaa when their informants gain word that he is dealing with a Sith extremist, Jonah Soltan, who plans to destroy a high profile target. He waits for the heroes to close in, then tosses thousands of credits into the air to create the chaos needed to escape. Unfortunately for him he underestimates the heroes, and they manage to apprehend him, turning him over to Republic authorities after they question him about Soltan's plan.
