Known as the isolated homeland of the Gnomes beyond the Nimbik Ocean, Ozwyn serves as a sprawling trade republic filled with tinkerers and powerful illusionists. Massive airship docks take up a large portion of the city, as do harbors of a more traditional nature, allowing for numerous trade ships to come and go as they please. There are even rumors that their engineers have managed to construct underwater trade outposts used to barter with Aquatic Elves.
